De Panne is a resort town and a municipality in Belgium, located on the North Sea coast in the province of West Flanders. Its has an area of 23.9 km², and a population of 11,129. De Panne includes two separate cities: Adinkerke and De Panne. It is the southernmost seaside resort and the westernmost point of Belgium. The name of the city from the Dutch language is translated as «a valley in the dunes», here are a third of all dunes of the Belgian coast of the North Sea. De Panne known for its nature reserves, such as Westhoek Nature Reserve, Kerkepannebos Forest, and others.
